If not, here’s how to cancel:

  1. Sign in to your Paws account
  2. Mobile - select the menu bar at the top left hand side and go to 'Account'
    Desktop - go to ‘Account’ at the top right hand side
  3. Go to 'My subscriptions' - your pets subscription/s will appear 
  4. Go to ‘Manage box’ on the subscription you want to cancel
  5. Select 'cancel subscription’ 

Once you cancel your deliveries, you won’t receive any further orders from Paws. Want to restart at any time in future? We’re ready when you are.
