Here’s how to delay your next delivery:

  1. Sign into your Paws account
  2. Mobile - select the menu bar at the top left hand side and go to 'Account'
    Desktop - go to ‘Account’ at the top right hand side
  3. Go to 'My subscriptions' - your pets subscription/s will appear 
  4. Go to ‘Manage box’ on the subscription you want to delay
  5. Below the calendar you can choose to delay your order anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks
