Here’s how to reschedule deliveries:

  1. Sign into your Paws account
  2. Select the menu bar at the top left of the screen
  3. Go to ‘account’ 
  4. Under your subscriptions tab your pets subscription/s will appear 
  5. Go to ‘manage’ on the subscription you want to reschedule 
  6. Select 'next delivery'
  7. Select your preferred 'next delivery' date or delay your next order. Please note: we need 2 working days to process payments and dispatch your order
  8. Go to 'confirm date' once selected
    Please check you have the right date and year before confirming
