Here’s how to reschedule deliveries:
- Sign into your Paws account
- Select the menu bar at the top left of the screen
- Go to ‘account’
- Under your subscriptions tab your pets subscription/s will appear
- Go to ‘manage’ on the subscription you want to reschedule
- Select 'next delivery'
- Select your preferred 'next delivery' date or delay your next order. Please note: we need 2 working days to process payments and dispatch your order
- Go to 'confirm date' once selected
