Uh oh! Don’t worry! It’s a quick fix.

If your card details need to be updated, just login to your account and follow the steps below to update your card details: 

  1. Go to Account 
  2. Click ‘Change payment method’ 
  3. Enter your new card details
  4. Click ‘Update payment details’ 

Once your card has successfully been updated, we’ll try to collect payment again 3 days from now.

If your account details look in order. Don't worry, just sit back! We'll try collect payment again in 3 days time.
