Here’s how to reschedule deliveries:
- Sign into your Paws account
- If your'e using a mobile, select the Menu bar in the top left of the screen and go to 'Account'. If you're on a computer, select ‘Account’ in the top right corner of the screen.
- Go to 'My subscriptions' - your pets subscription/s will appear
- Go to ‘Manage box’ on the subscription you want to reschedule
- Select 'next delivery'
- Select your preferred 'next delivery' date or delay your next order. Please note: we need 2 working days to process payments and dispatch your order
- Go to 'confirm date' once selected
