Updating your VMD pet profile

As per the VMD regulations, we are required to ensure that the pet information provided matches the licensed medicine ordered i.e. dosage/weight/species or health status prior to sending your repeat order. This is to ensure your pet is being treated with the correct treatment and dosage.

  • If you need to confirm or edit an existing pet profile please go to step 1) Confirming or editing an existing pet profile
  • If you need to create a new pet profile please go to step 2) Creating a new pet profile 

1) Confirming or editing an existing pet profile

  • From the email you have received please click on "Confirm your order".
  • You will be taken to the website where you will be able to create a new pet profile. You might have to sign in to your account. 
  • You will be asked to confirm that the details of you pet has not changed. Click on the pencil icon on the pet profile.

  • Check the information if the are: 

- Correct. If so please click on "Saves changes".

- Incorrect. If so please amend the pet profile and click on "Saves changes".

- Alternatively you can also delete the pet profile. 

  • Once you have confirmed or edited the pet profile please select it and click on "Continue".

  • Please answer the heath questionnaire at the best of your knowledge and click tick "I understand and confirm the above statements are true" and click "Continue to repeat order".

  • That's all done, thank you! 

2) Creating a new pet profile 

  • From the email you have received please click on "Confirm your order".
  • You will be taken to the website where you will be able to create a new pet profile. You might have to sign in to your account. 
  • Click on "Add dog profile" or "Add cat profile".

  • Enter all your pet's details and click on "Create profile".

  • Once the profile created, please select it and click on "Continue".

  • Please answer the heath questionnaire at the best of your knowledge and click tick "I understand and confirm the above statements are true" and click "Continue to repeat order".

  • That's all done, thank you!
