I am a Fetch customer. How can I reset my password?
Welcome to the Paws Family, we’re so excited to show you what we’ve been working on.
To access our biggest ever product range and brand new services, you’ll need to reset your password. This should only take a few moments.
- Click on Sign in. You’ll find it on the right-hand side at the very top of the page.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Click Resend email. Please allow a few minutes for the email to reach your inbox and check your spam folder.
- Once you have received the email, click Set new password.
- Enter a new password. Your password must be 8 or more characters, including at least one uppercase letter and at least one number.
- Re-enter the password and click Set new password.
- Now that your password is reset you can either:
1) Login from the website here
2) Login from the reset password confirmation email you have received.
- Enter your email address, password and click Sign In. Congratulations, you’ve successfully reset your password.
